Description of Services
Solvantez provides technical installation and training services for digital payment systems to small businesses in Paraguay. Our services include:
- Payment terminal configuration and installation
- Digital wallet integration and compatibility setup
- Staff training on payment system operation
- Printed reference documentation
We are a technical service provider. We do not process payments, charge transaction commissions, or operate as a financial institution.
Service Limitations
Our services are limited to technical implementation and training. We do not:
- Process or handle customer payment transactions
- Provide merchant accounts or payment processing services
- Guarantee specific transaction volumes or business outcomes
- Offer ongoing technical support beyond the initial training period unless separately contracted
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
- Ensure necessary infrastructure (internet connectivity, power) is available
- Arrange appropriate staff availability for training sessions
- Maintain equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payment processing
Payment Terms
Service fees are agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in service agreements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and documentation, is the property of Solvantez and protected by copyright laws. Training materials provided to clients may be used for internal business purposes only.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we make no warranties regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of installed equipment
- Compatibility with all future payment systems or updates
- Specific business results or transaction volumes
Equipment and software are subject to manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for defects in third-party products.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvantez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Solvantez harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of installed payment systems, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect existing service agreements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Paraguay. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paraguay.
